Apprenticeship finished – what’s next?
Many people ask us: What happens next? Will we be hired? What development opportunities do we have?
- We have been training apprentices for many years and have taken on almost all of our trainees. The prerequisites are, of course, a satisfactory examination and a good evaluation from the various departments.
- Every employee has the opportunity to develop further through training courses. We offer internal and external training courses.
- If suitable, we will gladly support a later course of study, as well as, for example, further training as a technician.
- At I.G.Bauerhin, employees can make a difference! We frequently offer chances to work on special projects in which processes and projects are optimized, innovations are launched and internal knowledge transfer (Wiki, website, manuals) is expanded.
- Good ideas are rewarded – regardless of age and professional experience. We have a very active ideas management system and award prizes for good suggestions every year.
- There are no rigid career paths here. We evolve dynamically and think beyond the boundaries of the various departments. If you keep your eyes open and show interest in our business, there are many paths open to you for a diverse professional life.
